A couple of months ago, Game Guru Jess and myself, Kim were watching Aran (our other Game Guru) stream Resident Evil 2 (remastered) live on the website's attached Twitch Channel (www.twitch.tv/realviewroom).

Jess and I actually found the story of Resident Evil 2 fascinating and easy to follow however, we were totally scared out of our wits (bunch of wussies I know!). So GG Aran decided it would be a great idea to make us girlies play a scary/creepy game together to stream live. His chosen game was Resident Evil Biohazard (RE7). So us being us, pretending to be brave, we decided to accept the challenge and then our segment "Kess Plays..." was born!

We made our way through Resident Evil Biohazard while in creepy make up as we streamed live via both Twitch with gameplay and Facebook with a video feed of the two of us looking rather silly.

Our loyal Roomies (you reading this) and some new fans too found it rather amusing to watch our little team screaming, jumping out of our seats and trying to evade bad language. This actually and rather surprisingly led to a lot of our following demanding more of us in the gaming chairs to stream live. Bonus!

Thanks to recent polls on our social media feeds (mostly Facebook via our group The Realview Roomies), the results had shown that people would still like to continue to see more Kess Plays since our completion of Resident Evil Biohazard. It was only supposed to be a one off! Both Jess and I are very grateful to those who watched our crazy streams and who have also demanded we come back for more. This means that we have decided to make Kess Plays a regular web series for those of you that keep asking for more.

We have titled Resident Evil Biohazard as Series 1 and we are now ready to make a come back with Series 2. Again with thanks to all of you for your votes we can now announce that the game to feature in Series 2 will be Detroit Become Human. A game that Jess and I both love to play and watch. We have yet to announce when our second series of Kess Plays will start, but I can assure you it won't be far away.

We have decided to focus on something different other than video games for our next live game night, so we will be playing the table top game Betrayal At House On The Hill. We should be going live to play that within the next few days so don't miss out on that one! We are hoping to go live for the very first time via our main website (fingers crossed).

Thanks to all of you Roomies for the ongoing support we have seen since The Realview Room started up in November of 2017. It started as a hobby of mine to get up all of my film and live music reviews that I enjoyed writing at the time. Since then I now have a team of friends who have done an amazing job with helping me get The Realview Room to the point that it is today.

I love our Roomies and I love my team :)
