Avatar, James Cameron's sci-fi cinematic masterpiece was shared with the world back in 2009. The film was was a huge success as it picked up numerous of prestigious awards in the film industry and even become the highest grossing film of all time! It still remains in the number one spot to this day while Avengers: Endgame nips at it's heels in second place. The original film starred Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, and Sigourney Weaver.
Now 12 years later the release of a sequel is fast approaching. It's release date in cinemas is currently expected to be December 2022 after it was pushed back from it's original release schedule a year earlier in 2021.
The trailer you are about to see for Avatar 2: The Way of Water was first shown to audiences around the world in cinemas in a selection of trailers before Marvel Studios' Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness from May 5th. However the trailer could not be found online until yesterday (Monday 9th May 2022)
