Trailer - Marvel Studios' She-Hulk: Attorney At Law

Updated: May 21, 2022

Marvel Entertainment have just shared a brand new trailer for She-Hulk Attorney At Law!

This brand new series from Marvel Studios will available to stream from August 17th and will see the introduction of not only the titular character Jennifer Walters, but also her actress Tatiana Maslany. She-Hulk is a much loved character within the Marvel comics, so it's great to see her finally be brought into a live action role.

The trailer also shows appearances from Mark Ruffalo as he makes his return as the one and only Bruce Banner aka Hulk, but also new looks at Tim Roth as Emil Bonsky (The Abomination) and even Jameela Jamil as Titania. Benedict Wong is also rumoured to appear as Wong after he connected with The Abomination within a cage fighting community in the film Shang-Chi.

But Just Who is Jennifer Walters?

As previously mentioned, Walters is a fictional character from the Marvel graphic novels that is loved by fans all over. She was originally created by the late, great Stan Lee (Excelsior!) and artist John Buscema. Jennifer Walters made her first appearance in The Savage She-Hulk #1 which was released in February 1980. So this character isn't exactly new to the Marvel world or it's fans.

Jennifer is a lawyer, who unfortunately ends up sustaining an injury leading her to resort to a blood transfusion from her cousin Bruce Banner, this leading her to retain a milk version of Bruce's Hulk alter ego. Although sharing a Hulk like physique with the green hue like her cousin, Jennifer is still able to maintain most of her original identity and personality, unlike Bruce who has little to no control over his angry, radioactive persona. The character of She-Hulk is also said to be the first hero from Marvel to break the fourth wall to speak to her audience, much like Deadpool and more recently, Wanda Maximoff.
